14-day right of withdrawal

Consumer buyers may withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods, without giving a reason or paying a penalty, except for applicable statutory exceptions. Withdrawal can also be notified before delivery. Commercial/professional purchases follow the applicable contract; mandatory consumer rights remain protected.

Notifying cancellation or withdrawal

Email destek@dronestore.com.tr or send written notice to the seller’s address below. Include your name, transaction/order reference and product. No reason is required. Customer-service contact or use of a form is not an additional approval requirement.

Return shipment and costs

Return the product within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. Return address: Teknopark Ankara Kuluçka Merkezi, Serhat Mah. 2224. Cd. No:1, 06300 Yenimahalle / Ankara, Türkiye. Pack the product and supplied accessories securely and include the transaction reference.

Consumers are not charged return costs when using the carrier specified in pre-contract information. If no return carrier was specified, the consumer is not responsible for return costs when using a carrier. Different-carrier arrangements are assessed under the applicable law and pre-contract information.

Refund method and timing

Amounts collected, including applicable delivery charges, are refunded to the original payment method in one payment without fees or obligations imposed on the consumer.

The 14-day refund period starts when goods are handed to the specified return carrier; with another carrier it starts on receipt by the seller. For undelivered goods it starts on notification of withdrawal. The bank’s posting time may vary.

Faulty goods and exceptions

Contact us for damaged, missing or incorrect items. Statutory rights relating to faulty goods are separate from withdrawal rights. Normal inspection or opening packaging does not automatically exclude all electronics from return.

Only statutory exceptions genuinely applicable to the product apply, such as goods made to a buyer’s personal specifications. Sourcing a standard product to order does not by itself make it personalised.
