1. Parties and scope

Seller: Pazarus Yazılım Anonim Şirketi, with contact details below. The buyer is the person identified in the purchase record.

This page sets out general distance-sale terms. Buyer identity, products, prices, delivery and payment details in the transaction and pre-contract information form part of the order-specific agreement. Visiting this page or requesting a quotation does not conclude a contract.

2. Products and price

Product name, model, variant, features and quantity are identified on the product page and purchase record. The total including taxes, currency, shipping and any additional charges is disclosed before agreement. Undisclosed costs cannot be imposed.

3. Agreement and payment

Any action creating a payment obligation must be clearly identified. Agreed product, delivery, payment and sale terms are recorded. A quotation alone is not a purchase confirmation. Any deposit percentage and balance timing are specified for the transaction.

4. Delivery

Delivery is to the buyer’s address under the terms disclosed before purchase. Sourcing to order is not local warehouse stock. The statutory 30-day consumer delivery obligation remains applicable except for statutory exceptions.

If performance becomes impossible, the consumer is notified within 3 days and amounts collected, including delivery charges, are refunded within 14 days of notification. Lack of stock alone is not legal impossibility.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason or paying a penalty, except for applicable statutory exceptions, and may notify withdrawal before delivery. Notices may be sent to destek@dronestore.com.tr or the seller’s postal address.

Goods are returned within 14 days of notification. Return carriers, costs and the starting point of the 14-day refund period follow the statutory rules described in the Cancellation, Returns and Refunds policy. Refunds use the original payment method in one payment without consumer fees.

6. Faulty goods

Mandatory consumer remedies, including refund, reduction, free repair or replacement as applicable, remain protected. Sourcing standard goods to order does not automatically exclude withdrawal rights.

7. Notices and disputes

Use the contact details below for notices and complaints. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts according to current jurisdiction thresholds. Applicable mandatory mediation rules remain in force. Statutory consumer venues are not restricted solely to the seller’s location.

8. Data and records

Transaction records and personal data are handled under the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice for the transaction and legal obligations. Pre-contract information and contract records must be provided accessibly to the buyer.
