Collection, data and purposes

Data is collected electronically or in writing through forms, accounts, quotation/order records, email/phone contact and technical access records.

Identity/contact data is used for enquiries and transaction communications; product, quotation, invoice and delivery data for fulfilment and obligations; technical logs for security and continuity.

Legal grounds

Depending on the activity, processing may rely on contractual necessity, legal obligations, establishment/exercise/protection of rights, or legitimate interests without prejudice to fundamental rights under Article 5. Separate consent is obtained where required; this notice does not replace consent.

Recipients and retention

Where necessary and lawful, data may be shared with technical/hosting, delivery, banking/payment and accounting providers and authorised authorities. Retention is limited to purpose, statutory record obligations and protection of rights. Any international transfer must meet Article 9 requirements.

Rights

Article 11 rights include learning whether data is processed; requesting information about purposes, appropriate use and recipients; correction, deletion/destruction where legally applicable and notification to recipients; objecting to adverse outcomes from solely automated analysis; and seeking compensation for unlawful processing.

Requests

Submit a written request with identifying information and the request to the address below. Where permitted by law, an email previously provided and recorded in our system can be used to contact destek@dronestore.com.tr. Identity verification may be necessary. Requests are handled under statutory procedures within 30 days.
