Quotations and purchases

The quotation basket is for reviewing products and amounts. Requesting or generating a quotation does not itself complete an order or payment. A purchase is completed with the buyer’s agreement after product, variant, total price, delivery, payment and contract terms are disclosed.

Payment methods

Bank transfer is available. Use only the seller’s account information provided for the purchase and include the transaction reference. Card payment is available only when an active secure option is actually offered for that order. There is no general promise of card or instalment acceptance.

Deposits and total price

Where a product page shows a 50% deposit and 50% on-delivery arrangement, it applies only after order-specific payment and delivery terms are disclosed and agreed. The quotation basket itself does not collect payment.

Prices excluding VAT and totals including VAT may be displayed separately. The payable total including taxes, currency, shipping and any extra charges is disclosed before purchase. Undisclosed charges are not added unilaterally.

Cancellation and refunds

Completed sales follow the Cancellation, Returns and Refunds policy and applicable legislation. An incomplete quotation or sourcing enquiry is not represented as a completed sale.
