Use of information

Depending on the service, name, contact/delivery details, account and transaction information and security records are processed to respond to enquiries, manage quotations/orders, delivery/invoicing and legal obligations. Unnecessary information is not requested.

Sharing and security

Where required for the transaction and under lawful processing conditions, information may be shared with hosting/technical providers, delivery services, banks/payment providers, accounting services and authorised authorities. Retention is limited to the purpose and legal obligations.

Access is limited to service needs and appropriate technical/organisational safeguards are used. No absolute security guarantee is made for internet communications.

Preferences and rights
