Delivery and sourcing

Sourced-to-order products are not local warehouse stock. The current estimate on product pages is 9–25 business days for sourcing and transport. Current availability, delivery address and order-specific delivery terms are disclosed before purchase.

Consumer delivery rights

For consumer purchases, the statutory 30-day delivery obligation applies except where legislation provides an exception, such as genuinely personalised goods. An estimate does not extend that obligation. If an order cannot be fulfilled within the applicable limit, this is disclosed before purchase and payment.

Shipping charges and destinations

Shipping charges depend on the delivery address, product and order and are disclosed before purchase or in the written quotation. There is no general free-shipping promise. Undisclosed delivery or additional charges cannot be imposed afterwards.

Dispatch and any import/customs arrangements are disclosed before purchase. International delivery applies only when expressly agreed for the destination; we do not promise delivery to every country.

Delay, loss and damage

Contact customer service for delivery issues, missing or damaged items. The seller’s statutory responsibility until delivery remains applicable. Where fulfilment becomes impossible, the consumer is notified within 3 days and all amounts collected, including delivery charges, are refunded within 14 days of notification. Lack of stock alone is not legal impossibility.
